CONCENTRATED CATALASE ENZYMES
BioDecomp – Conc (Concentrated Catalase Enzyme for Formulation)
BioDecomp – Conc. is a concentrated Catalase enzyme derived from a selected strain of Aspergillus spp. It breaks down hydrogen peroxide in to nascent oxygen and water and is used for bleach clean up. It is designed to be formulated into products that fill the need of Textile processing units.
The bleaching of textile fabric or yarn, with hydrogen peroxide is most common today. Post bleaching, the residual hydrogen peroxide is left in bath and needs to be completely removed prior to dyeing process in a step called “Bleach Clean Up”.
Incomplete hydrogen peroxide removal can result in poor dyeing with distinct change of colour shade and intensity, as well as patchy, inconsistent dye distribution. This makes a fairly new fabric look old and worn. Therefore, it becomes necessary to remove the residual hydrogen peroxide by means of bleach clean-up process with the aid of BioDecomp - Conc.
BioDecomp – Concoffers the following benefits:
Efficient and complete bleach clean-up.
No damage to fabric and dyestuff.
Reduction in consumption of water.
Eco-friendly & Biodegradable.

It is available in 25 KG & 50 KG HDPE Drums.
STORAGE:
Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.
SHELF LIFE:
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.
SAFETY:
Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.
