BioPro – ACDL (Fungal Lipase Enzyme for Food Industry)
DESCRIPTION:
BioPro – ACDL is a Lipase Enzyme derived from a selected strain of fungal species. It is a food grade product with broad substrate specificity and is able to efficiently hydrolyze Fat matter. It converts insoluble Triglycerides to Mono & Di-Glycerides and Glycerol and thus finds use in various Food processing and Dietetic applications. In Baking Industries hydrolysis of Fat in dough causes yield of natural emulsifiers thus substituting chemical emulsifiers.
APPLICATION:
BioPro – ACDL is a Fungal Lipase Enzyme in Powder form. It breaks down the Fat matter of various food products thus providing excellent yields in Food processing. It is also used for Flour improvement in Baking industries.

ACTIVITY:
The activity can be customized according to performance requirements or current use.
DOSAGE:
The recommended dosage is in the range of 0.001 % - 0.05 %. The actual dosage needs to be standardized on basis of trials only.
SPECIFICATIONS:
It conforms to the quality specifications as recommended by JECFA / FCC for food enzymes.
PACKING:
It is available in 25 KG & 50 KG HDPE Drums.
STORAGE:
Cool & dry conditions are recommended. Extended storage or adverse conditions may lead to higher dosage requirement.
SHELF LIFE:
It can be stored in closed container up to six months at 25°C.

Enzyme preparation belongs to protein, which may induce sensitization and or cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Prolonged contact may cause minor irritation for skin, eyes or mucous membrane of nose, so any direct contact with the human body should be avoided. If irritation or allergic response for skin or eyes develops, consult a doctor. MSDS is available on request.
